Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG.A) declared quarterly dividend of $ 0.25 per share for outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock., or $ 1.00 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2020.
The dividend represents a use of cash of approximately $ 8 million.
