American Homes 4 Rent revealed income for the second quarter of $ 0.27 per share, from the revenue of $ 283.10 million. The quarterly earnings reduced 3.57 percent while revenues escalated 0.44 percent compared with the same quarter last year. Wall street analysts are predicting revenue of $ 283.86 million The top line results fell short of analysts by $ 0.76 million or 0.27 percent.
